Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds follows all Australian legal requirements set out here by the ACCC.

Mammoth warrant that the service shall be provided with due skill and care. If your VPS server can not be provisioned or does not meet the advertised description of the service, you are entitled to a full refund.

By default the service is billed monthly in advance, however you may opt to commit to either quarterly, half-yearly or yearly for a 5%, 10%, or 15% discount respectively. You may request cancellation at any time; Mammoth will cease providing the service at the completion of the paid period.

You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind or simply choose to not utilise the service.
