(Regulations) limit the
remedies available against carriage service providers for
infringements of copyright in
relation to the carrying out of certain online activities.
In accordance with regulation 20C of the Regulations, Mammoth
Media appoints Adam Williams, Director as its Designated
Representative.
If copyright owners believe that their copyright is being
infringed by activities carried out by Mammoth Media as a carriage
service provider, copyright owners must notify the Designated
Representative in accordance with the Regulations. The contact
